Shiloh inspires me every week to do this video for you and inspires me everyday with her joy and energy when we throw balls and play at the park.
So I wanted to ask you…
What is it that inspires you? Is that something you are doing on a regular basis?
It’s easy to get busy with everyday things and get away from the things that really matter. I believe that starting my day off with something that inspires me makes a huge difference in how my day flows and in how I show up.
For me it’s throwing balls and playing with Shiloh, sometimes it’s listening to a song that jazzes me or writing in my gratitude journal. Grounding my day in appreciation and gratitude inspires me to be more loving and gracious throughout my day.
So what is it that inspires you? Is it a hobby or something you did in the past and have gotten away from, maybe something creative…playing an instrument, art or writing…Now is the time to go back to that!!
Spend everyday doing something that inspires you!
When we start our day with the news or jumping on email we tend to be in reaction, which causes frustration and negativity. Shifting from reaction to being more intentional will help to create a more inspired life.
Today is about getting clear on what inspires you to go out everyday and be the best you can be, not only for yourself but be the best for your partner, children, co-workers and the community. The more inspired we are the more we can influence other people to live an inspired life.
There is a lot of fear, hate and anger being spread and only we can change that and it starts with ourselves…doing what inspires us to live our best lives sets the example and will shift the energy around us.
That’s my message…it’s about inspiration, which means “in spirit” … what feeds your mind, body and soul and if you have gotten away from that it’s time to go back to it. That is not being selfish, it’s self-care. The more inspiring you are for yourself the more inspiring you can be for other people.
